I made this with leftover hamburger buns, and it was great! I actually added coconut instead of raisins and just some chopped pecans instead of the granola. I didn't have time to let it sit overnight and it was still delicious.

I loved this for breakfast. Very tasty and Filling too. Didn't have peaches at home, so substituted with apples and instead of granola cereal I used the regular old fashioned oats.
My whole famuly enjoyed this for breakfast. My daughter said she likes breakfast for dessert. It was filling and just sweet enough, not too sweet
