Tastes delicious and simple to make
The sauce is delicious with garlic instead of shallots, and I tried greek yogurt instead of sour cream. My husband and I loved it, but our kids are not mustard fans, so I left it off, and they enjoyed the pork chops on their own.
While I questioned whether the tsp of canola oil was a typo, this recipe was very easy to make and quite delicious. I had to replace the sour cream with Fage but I have no regrets. I also added fresh white mushrooms with the shallots. Great dish.
Excellent I did not use water and I used less broth so that sauce was a little thicker
