While I questioned whether the tsp of canola oil was a typo, this recipe was very easy to make and quite delicious. I had to replace the sour cream with Fage but I have no regrets. I also added fresh white mushrooms with the shallots. Great dish.
Excellent I did not use water and I used less broth so that sauce was a little thicker
I added fresh mushrooms to this also. Ate it with a side salad. It was wonderful. I loved it.
This recipe is super easy and the sauce is just the right amount of flavor without overpowering the pork!
